Ionia Sentinel Standard, 19 Aug 1965

Funeral service for William H. Burke, 70, of Oak Park, native Ionian who died 
Saturday afternoon in Veterans hospital in Detroit, was Wednesday morning at 
SS. Peter and Paul Roman Catholic church.  Bearers were Harold Beaton, C. 
Anthony Balice, Paul Chase, Leo McAlary, John Gafner and George Burke, Burial 
was at Mt. Olivet cemetery.

Attending from out of town were Mr. and Mrs. Fred Burke of Washington, D.C., 
Mr. and Mrs. William Burke, Jr., and Mrs. and Mrs. William Quinn of Lansing; 
Thomas G. Burke of Oklahoma City, Okla., Mr. and Mrs. Robert Robinson, Mr. and 
Mrs. Jerry Robinson and Al Jannausch of Grand Rapids.
