Burleston, who had been suffering for weeks in St. Mary’s hospital, Grand Rapids, where he was taken for an operation following a violent sick spell, (portion illegible) at the death bed of a sister, died Monday morning at 11:30. He was (?) years old. He was intimately associated with the Methodist Episcopal church as a member, as a Sunday school teacher, as a member of the official board, and as a member of the Ionia County Sunday School association. He is survived by a wife and two children, Mildred and Fred of Grand Rapids, and his aged father, who lived with them. Mr. Burleston held a clerical position at the production department at the Ypsilanti Reed Furniture company plant for the past 19 years.
