Cora Ann Burnett, 51, of Eagle, passed away Wednesday, Jan. 4, 2006, in Eagle. 
She was born Oct. 6, 1954, in Ionia, the daughter of Charles and Ruth Burnett. 
She was a member of Resurrection Life Church in Ionia.

She was preceded in death by her parents; and grandson, Dakota Bricket.  Cora is
survived by her children, Raymond and Melissa Lumbert of Ionia, Roxanne and
Aaron Foster of Lyons, Venice and Lisa Pierce of DeWitt, Barbara and Randy
Brickey of Ionia; fiancé, Scott Murto of Eagle; four brothers, Gary and Vickie
Burnett, Charles and Gloria Burnett, all of Belding, Dee and Carla Burnett of
Greenville, Terry Umbenhour of Pennsylvania; sister, Geneva Umbenhour of Lake
Odessa; and 13 grandchildren.

Funeral services are 11 a.m. Monday at Lake Funeral Home, Muir, with Pastor John
Stricklin officiating.  Interment is in Oakwood Cemetery.  The family will
receive friends and relatives from 2 to 4 and 7 to 8:30 p.m. Sunday at the
funeral home.  Anyone wishing may make a memorial contribution to the family’s
choice.
