PHILA BURNS PIONEER RESIDENT Was Well Known in This Section. Where She Had Spent Most of Her Live- Leaves Three daughters. Mrs. Philo Barnes, who died at her home here in the village about three weeks ago, will be remembered throughout the entire section as one of Odessa's pioneer citizens. First as a resident of an Odessa township farm, and later a resident of the village, she lived her entire life in this community. She had hundreds of friends who were shocked to learn of her death, and mourned it sincerely. Mrs. Burns was a sister of Ira Anway, another prominent Odessa pioneer. She is survived by her three daughters, Mrs.Bessie Healey, Mrs.Wilbur Walter and Mrs.Bert Russell.
