The Ionia Sentinel-Standard, Tuesday, January 10, 2006
LeRoy (Sonny) Bursley Jr, aged 71, of Ionia passed away January 6, 2006 in 
Grand Rapids.  He was born October 13, 1934 in Grand Rapids the son of LeRoy 
and Elizabeth (Elsie) Bursley.  He worked for Reed & Hoppes for many years.

LeRoy is survived by his children; Roseann Anderson of Belding, Sandra Bursley 
of Ionia, Kim and Marty Larson of Wayland, Susie and Toad King of Ionia, Randy 
Bursley of Ionia, Kandi Dewey of Ionia; brothers, Ron and Jean Bursley of 
Grand Rapids, Clarence and Marsha Bursley of White Cloud, Albert and Patricia 
Bursley of White Cloud; sister Beverly Conklin of Colorado, seventeen 
grandchildren and twelve great grandchildren.  He was preceded in death by his 
wife Mary Bursley in 2005 and one sister Virginia.

Funeral services will be held 11:00 AM, Wednesday, January 11, 2006 at Lake 
Funeral Home in Ionia with Rev. Kenneth Harger officiating. Interment Sunset 
Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends and relatives Tuesday 2-4 
and 7-8:30 PM at the funeral home.
