Hasting's Reminder  -  Saturday June 7, 2025

Connie Fay Burton, age 80, of Portland,MI passed away on Friday May 30, 2025. 
Connie was born on September 15, 1944 in Woodland,MI to Marin and Sylvia 
(Lumbert) Dick. Graduated from Lakewood High School Class of 1962. On May 18, 
1968 she married Donald Burton. Connie enjoyed crocheting & cooking for her 
family & friends. She had a caregiver's heart, finding great joy in taking care 
of others.

Connie will be dearly missed by her children, Christine Ross, Michael 
(Diana)Burton, Julie (Edward) Feldpausch & Donald Burton II; seven grandchildren 
& 10 great-grandchildren, along with many extended family & friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Donald and son, Chris Ross.

According to her wishes cremation has taken place and she will be laid to rest 
in Lakeside Cemetery next to husband Donald.
