Clara E. Bush, 88, of Belding, passed away Saturday, Dec. 25, 1999, at Metron of
Belding Nursing Home.  She was born Jan. 1, 1911, in Winn, the daughter of Bert
C. and Myrtie (Every) Todd.  She was a seamstress at Jolly Kids Clothing Co. in
Belding for several years.  Bush was a member of the Royal Neighbors of America,
the Loyal Birthday Club and the American Legion Post 203 Auxiliary.

She was married to Ronald Bush on July 27, 1954, in Belding, and he preceded her
in death on Jan. 6, 1996.  She was also preceded in death by her parents, one
brother, Clarence Todd, and one sister, Helen Cole.  She is survived by one
brother, William Todd, Sun City, Ariz., and one sister-in-law Iris Johnston,
Belding.  She is survived by several nieces and nephews including Geraldine and
Walt Jenks; special friends, Mary and Bud Hoskins, and Dorothy Hulliberger. 
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. today at Johnson Funeral Home, Belding,
with Pastor Kenneth Harger officiating.  Burial will be in Rest Haven Memory
Gardens.  Visitation was Monday from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m.  Memorials may be made to
the Alvah N. Belding Library.
