Dewaine Donald Bush Sr., age 76, of Ionia, passed away June 3, 2009 in 
Greenville.

He was born Feb. 10, 1933 in Allegan the son of Truman and Ella (Greene) Bush. 
Dewaine was very family oriented, he loved being at the farm, hunting and 
fishing, coaching little league and crosswords.

Dewaine is survived by his sons, Dewaine Bush Jr. of Deland Fla., Chris 
(Janeen) Bush of Ionia and Allen (Terri) Bush of Ionia; daughters, Doris 
(Roger) Phillips of Boston Twp., Patricia (Ron) Davis of Hastings and Janice 
(Jonathan) Crowder of Belding; brother Steve (Martha) Bush of Ionia; 19 
grandchildren; 23 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-granddaughter.

He was preceded in death by his parents, 1 granddaughter and 11 brothers and 
sisters.

Funeral arrangements will be held Friday, 1 p.m. at Lake Funeral Home in Ionia 
with Rev. Daniel Wheeler officiating. The family will receive friends and 
relatives Friday, 11 a.m. until time of service at the funeral home. Anyone 
wishing may make memorial contributions to the family.
