Ionia County News, 19 Feb 1942

Lester Bushnell

Funeral services were held Tuesday afternoon at 2:30 at the home, with Rev.
Stephen Poull officiating.  

Mr. Bushnell died Saturday morning after a long illness.  He was 82 years old
and was born in Campbell township.  He was married to Miss Alice Nash, also of
that vicinity.  Mrs. Bushnell died in the early fall.  The couple went to live
on their farm in West Odessa and remained there until 25 years ago when they
moved to Lake Odessa.  He is survived by two sons, Eugene of Lake Odessa and
Charles on the homestead farm.  Three granddaughters and six great
grandchildren.  Two brothers, Joseph and Edson of Odessa and two sisters Mrs.
Mary Alden and Mrs. Amy Johnson of Lake Odessa.

Burial in Lakeside.
