Ionia Sentinel Standard, 21 & 22 Aug 1936

Following a sudden stroke, Frank Bushre, 73, died Friday morning at his home on
Dye street.  Mr. Bushre had spent all his life in Ionia county.  He leaves a
wife, Minnie, seven children, Mrs. Cecil Dunn, Mrs. Charles Blades, Miss Iola
Bushre of Ionia; Frank, Jr., of Detroit, Mrs. Larry Reason, Mrs. William Zinker
and Vernon of Lansing; a sister, Catherine Bushre of Ionia.  The funeral will be
held Sunday afternoon, August 23, at 2 o’clock at the Myers funeral home. 
Burial will be in the Balcom cemetery.

Funeral services for Frank Bushre, 73, who died Friday morning at his home on
Dye street, will be attended Monday afternoon, August 24 at 2 o’clock from the
Myers funeral home.  Interment will be in Balcom cemetery.  It was erroneously
stated last night that the service would be held Sunday.
