Ionia Daily Sentinel, 7 Feb 1914

Benjamin Butler, aged 78 years, passed away at his home in Berlin Tuesday, Feb. 
3.  Surviving him are his widow, two daughters and one son.  Funeral will be 
held Friday at the West Berlin church at 11 o’clock.

[Transcriber's Note:  There are notations on the obituary card that he was born 
23 Jun 1835 in Ohio the son of Solomon Butler of New York and Sallie Webster 
Butler.  He was buried in Saranac Cemetery.]
