Sentinel-Std. - Monday, Jan. 23, 1961

SARANAC- Lynn Butler, 68 died Saturday at his home in Lowell.

He was a veteran of World War I and was born in Berlin township November 26, 
1892.

Mr. and Mrs. Butler had spent their summers on their farm in Berlin township 
and previous to this winter, had spent their winters with Mrs. Courtland 
McKay.

Surviving are his wife, Carrie; a daughter, Mrs. Orville (Jean) McKay of 
Lowell, and three grandchildren. 

Service was conducted at the Morris funeral home Monday at 2:30 p.m, with 
the Rev. Marvin Stuart of Clarksville Wesleyan and West Berlin churches, 
officiating. Burial was at Saranac cemetery.
