KENNETH A. BYRNE
Kenneth A. Byrne, 64, of Gratton died December 30 at Grand Rapids Osteopathic
hospital. 

He was born in Gratton township January 30, 1907, and lived in the area his entire
life except for a brief period in Lowell. He was a former Belding city policeman.

He married July 3, 1929, to Emma Bookey and she survives as do five daughters, 
Mrs.Geraldine Deitz of Turk Lake, Mrs. JoAnn Russell of Belding, Mrs.Deloris
Crissman of Belding, Mrs. Rita Gotwalt of Greenville and Mrs. Margaret Bradley, jr., of Gowen;
five sons, Raymond of Saranac, Eugene and ____ of Belding. Gary of Rockford and John at home;
26 grandchildren; a brother, Bertrand Byrne of Belding.

Funeral services will be Monday at 1:30 pm at Charles M. Courser funeral home in
Belding. Rev. Gene Sickler will officiate and interment will be at Rest Haven Memorial
Gardens near Belding.
