                              DEATH MAKES FENWICK SAD
        Funeral Services Held Monday for Mrs. Byron Caine; Other Fenwick News.

Fenwick, November 20- The entire community was saddened Sunday when news 
reached here of the death of Mrs. Byron Caine at the Greenville hospital. Mrs. 
Caine was before her marriage Miss Leona McComb, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. 
Thomas McComb, of this village. The deceased was one of the highly respected 
young women of this community, and greatly beloved by all who knew her, having 
been a teacher of music for several years before her marriage she came in close 
touch with the young people and children. At all times she gave freely of her 
musical talent for the pleasure of others. She leaves to mourn their loss her 
husband, Byron Caine, to whom she was united in marriage in the summer of 1921, 
a baby daughter two weeks old, her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Thomas McComb, a 
sister Millie, and one brother Floyd. The sympathy of the entire community goes 
out to these friends in the passing of the life of the young wife and mother. 
Funeral services were conducted from the Congregational church on Monday 
afternoon, and the remains taken to Fort Wayne, Ind., for burial that place 
being their former home.
