The Ionia Daily Sentinel-Standard, Wednesday, September 15, 1943
Funeral services for Mrs. W. J. Callow were held Tuesday afternoon at 2 
o’clock at the residence, 312 East Main Street.  Rev. Henry A. Hanson 
officiated and burial was in Highland Park cemetery.  Floral arrangements were 
in charge of Mrs. Park Wilson, Mrs. H. H. McGowan, Mrs. A. A. Nichol and Miss 
Vesta Huntley.  Pallbearers were Park Wilson, Frank Ammon, William Morey, 
Herman Hoople, Lawrence Lemmen, and Harry Thomas.

Attending services from away were Miss Harriet Callow and Miss Vesta Huntley 
of Akron, Ohio, Mrs. Anne Boylan and Miss Charlotte Boylan of Boyne City, 
Walter Boylan and Mr. and Mrs. Ray Thomas of Kalamazoo, Mr. and Mrs. Wayne 
Corey, Milton Mills and Edward Colon of Grand Rapids and Mrs. Etta Wright of 
Saranac.
