Florence (Birdie) Cameron, 87, of 223 Leonard Street, Belding, died Monday at 
1212 Yeomans Street, Ionia.  She was born Oct. 26, 1896, in Orleans Township.

Surviving are her husband, M.B. Cameron of Belding; two daughters, Mrs. Lee 
(Maxine) Horrigan of Greenville and Mrs. Gary (Beulah) DeYoung of Grand Rapids; 
a stepdaughter, Majel Tuthill of Ann Arbor; four sons, Kenneth Cooper of 
Mesick, Joseph Cooper of Grand Rapids, Lester Lumbert of Louisville, Ky., and 
Frank Lumbert of Lyons; a stepson, Norman Cameron of North Lyon, Mich.; and 23 
grandchildren.  Also surviving are three sister, Leilia Wheeler Echter of 
Belding, Rosa Jones of Orleans and Evelyn Trann of Smyrna.

Funeral services will be Thursday at 1 p.m. from the Huffman Funeral Home, 
Belding, with the Rev. Kenneth Harger of Shiloh Community Church officiating.  
Burial will be in Rest Haven Memorial Gardens.  The family will be at the 
funeral home Wednesday from 7 to 8:30 p.m.
