She was born Annabelle Lovegran, October 9, 1871 in Montcalm county, and came to this city about 40 years ago after her husband, Mr. Ferguson, had passed away and later she lost her son and daughter. After the death of her daughter, she cared for her only grandson, Richard Hack, in her own home, until his maturity. She was married to Alvin Camp and he preceded her in death about nine years ago. Mrs. Camp was a practical nurse and cared for many patients in her home and was always known as a good, kindly woman. A heart ailment of several years standing had undermined her health and she had been unable to take patients since June. Surviving are the grandson, Richard Hack, of Grand Rapids, and two sisters, Mrs. John Harlow of Greenville and Mrs. Myrtle Cook of Elsie. Funeral services were held Tuesday at two o’clock at Fitzjohn Funeral Home. Rev. Lester Clough officiated and interment was in River Ridge cemetery.
