The Ionia Daily Standard, Thursday, March 10, 1892

Mrs. Jane A. Campbell died last night, at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Wm. 
Elwiss, on West Main street.  Mrs. Campbell was 72 years old, and had been a 
resident of Ionia 19years, although much of her time has been spent in Detroit 
during this period.  She has been in poor health for two or three years, from 
a disease of the heart, but not severely ill, until recently.  Funeral at 
10:30 a.m. tomorrow, at rooms in Hackett block.
