Ionia Daily Sentinel Standard, 5 Aug 1968

A former Portland resident Maxwell Campbell, 63, of 811 Pearl, Belding, died
Saturday at United Memorial hospital in Greenville following a brief illness. 
He was a member of Portland Methodist church.  Before his retirement he was
employed at Runciman Milling company of Ionia.  

Besides his wife Helen, he leaves two sons, Samuel of Detroit and Stanley of
Belding; one daughter, Mrs. Patty Trierweiler and a sister, Mrs. Doris Maurer of
Lansing.

Funeral services will be Tuesday at 2 p.m. at Neller funeral home in Portland. 
Rev. Raymond Norton will officiate and burial will be at Portland cemetery. 
Bearers will be Martin Campbell, Ronald Rock, Robert Higbee and Michael Wieczorek.
