He was born in Ionia, June 1, 1925. Mr. Campbell was a World War II veteran; member of St. Joseph church; Belding American Legion and Belding Sportsmen’s club. Surviving are one daughter, Kathryn Campbell, at home with her mother at 611 South Broas street, Belding; two sons, Joseph at home with his mother and Thomas of Belding; his mother Mrs. Belle Clark of Belding; five sisters, Mrs. John O’Brien of Dimondale, Mrs. Burl Scott of Vale, Oregon; Mrs. Ted Zimmerschied of Potlatch, Idaho; Mrs. Mike Brink of Greenville, Mrs. Paul Outman of Belding; one brother Willard Baird of Stanwood. Funeral services will be Friday at 10 a.m. at St. Joseph church in Belding with Father Charles E. Steves officiating and temporary interment in River Ridge cemetery Belding. Father Charles E. Steves will celebrate Requiem High Mass, Monday at 8 a.m. in St. Joseph’s church in Belding. Rosary will be said Thursday at 9 p.m. at Huffman funeral home in Belding.
