Ionia Sentinel Standard, 13 Mar 1967

Diran Russell Candiff, eight-weeks old infant of Mr. and Mrs. Roger Candiff, 442
East Main, died Saturday at 3 a.m. in St. Lawrence hospital in Lansing following
an automobile accident Friday at 3 p.m. in Lansing.  He was born March 14, 1967
in Ionia, the son of Roger Candiff and Jennie Russell Candiff.  They are members
of the Seventh Day Adventist church.

Surviving besides his parents are two sisters, Letha Lynn and Annabelle Lee, at
home; paternal grandmother, Mrs. Letha Hogan of Ionia, maternal grandparents,
Mr. and Mrs. Leon Russell of Trufant and maternal great grandmother, Mrs. Hazel
DeGroat of Muskegon.

Funeral services will be at Myers funeral home Tuesday at 6:30 p.m. with Rev.
C.E. Larsen of Seventh Day Adventist church officiating.  Interment in North
Plains cemetery.
