Belding Banner News 
Funeral services were held at 2 o'clock on Wednesday of last week for Mrs. Sylvia 
L. Canfield, who died at her home at 446 Taylor Ct., Ionia, on Monday.  Services 
were at the Stone-Kauffman Funeral Home with Rev. Ray R. Fassett, pastor of the 
Zion EUB church officiating and the burial was in Orleans cemetery.  Pallbearers 
were Claude Decker, George Seidelman, Herman Lemke, Orin F. Schmidt, Albert Schurr 
and Homer Mann.

Mrs. Canfield formerly lived on a farm at the corner of Canfield and Kiddville 
Rds., and was well known in that neighborhood.
