Ionia Daily Sentinel, 24 Sep 1913

Mrs. Catherine Canright, mother of Jerome Walker, died this morning at one
o’clock at the home of her son in Easton.  She was 83 years of age and has been
ill for some time.  The funeral will be held Friday at the house at 12:30 and at
the Saranac M.E. church at 2:30.  Burial in Saranac.  Her home was in Saranac. 
She leaves three sons and one daughter – Jerome Walker of Ionia, Warren Walker,
Mrs. Frank Sprague and Clifton Canright, all of Battle Creek.
