Irene L. Carabelli age 83, of Ionia passed away November 6, 2007 in Ionia. She 
was born July 8, 1924 in Detroit the daughter of Walter and Helen (Murawiak) 
Dzieczkowski. Irene married Lawrence H. Carabelli March 15, 1969.

She is surivived by her loving husband of 38 years Lawrence Carabelli of 
Ionia; daughter, Barbara and Charles Mayle of Ionia; brother, Sylvester 
Dzieczkowski of South Lyons; sister, Eleanor Motyka of Newport, MI; 
grandchildren, Jason and Cindy Mayle of Ionia and Vaughn and Shoni Mayle of 
Ionia; great grandchildren, Justin, Jenna, Jordan and Russell.  She was 
preceded in death by her parents and several brothers and sisters.

A graveside service will be held 1:00 p.m. at Mt. Olivet Cemetery in Detroit 
with Father Don Sopiak officiating. The family will receive friends and 
relatives at Lake Funeral Home in Ionia, Thursday 4-7 p.m.
