Ionia Sentinel Standard, 23 Sep 1988

Vallie A. Carey, 89, of Wyoming and formerly of Ionia and Palo died Sept. 20 at
Blodgett Hospital.

Surviving is one son Verian Carey of California, three grandchildren and four
great-grandchildren.

The funeral will be Friday at 10 a.m. at Ronan Vanderpool Stegenga Funeral
Chapel in Grand Rapids with the Rev. Chuck Jones officiating.  Burial will be in
Palo Cemetery at 2 p.m. Friday.
