Belding Banner-News, 6 Sep 1962

Mrs. Lillie May Carothers, 88, died at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Dora
Boddis at Fremont, Aug. 28.  She was born in Palo, May 6, 1874 and had lived
several years in Belding and Edmore.

Surviving besides her daughter are four grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren
and eight great great grandchildren.

Funeral services were held on Friday at the Stebbins funeral home in Edmore with
interment in Forrest Hill Cemetery, Stanton.
