ELSSIE L. CARPENTER
LANSING- Elsie L. Carpenter, 74, 1020 Prospect St. Lansing, died Aug. 16 at her
residence.

She was born March 1, 1914, the daughter of Michael and Amelia (Wiesendorf) Wolf.

Surviving are three sons, Harold of Eagle, Dale of Portland, and Donald of Tracy,
California; one daughter, Dorothy Carpenter of Lansing; six grandchildren; four brothers, Arthur
Wolf of Lansing, Don Wolf of East Lansing, Ralph Wold of Mulliken, and Paul Wolf of Bath;
one sister, Augusta Archer of East Lansing,

Funeral services will be Friday at 10 a.m. at the Neller Funeral Home in Portland,
the Rev. Donald Chapel of the Portland Baptist church officiating.

Burial will be in  Greendale Township Cemetery, in Midland County.
