Lake Odessa Wave
          MARY CARR DIED MONDAY
   Mrs. Mary Carr 68, widow of John Carr and former local resident passed away
Monday morning in Chicago where she had resided for about six years.
   The family resided in Sebewa for many years and at the time of his death in 1949
lived on a farm on Darby road, southwest of town
   Surviving are three daughters Mrs. Clara Timrick and Mrs. Katherine Martni of
Chicago and Mrs. Delores (Lynn) Stedge of Delton, four sons, Leo, George and Gene of 
Lake Odessa and Edward of Chicago; one brother Stanley Zibowski and a sister Mrs. 
Helen Pawlac both of Chicago and 14 grand children.
   Mrs. Carr arrived at the Pickens funeral chapel Wednesday and funeral services
will be held Saturday at 10:30 at the St. Edward Church with burial in Lakeside 
cemetery.  Rev. Fr. Stephen Kolenic will officiate.
   Friends will recite the Rosary Friday evening at 7:30 at the Pickens funeral
chapel.
