Cecil Carroll, age 85, of Cedar Rapids Iowa, passed away Sunday, January 30, 
2005 at Willow Gardens Care Center in Marion Iowa.  She was born September 18, 
1919 in Santa Rosa County Florida, to John and Buella Walls Spicer.

Cecil is survived by one son and two daughter-in-laws, JW and Cathy Carroll, 
Janice Carroll, one daughter and two son-in-laws Sue and Lee Wolf, Harold 
Telfor, 23 grandchildren Dana and Lori Telfor, Valerie and Craig Harper, Joe 
and Shelley Telfor, Annette and Terry Frith, Jim and Shelly Carroll, Jeremy 
Carroll, Josh and Angie Carroll, Becky and Ed Bruce, Mike Lumbert, Steve and 
Melody Lumbert, Sandy and Pat Gelbuda, Carrie Funk, Lynn and Ron Hunt, Dorene 
and Roger Rockafellow, Larry and Denise Wymer, Diane and Michael Brown, Bruce 
and Rhonda Wymer, Tammie and Todd Holton, Rick and Renee Wymer, Colter Watt, 
Lyndsey and Jason Salaski, Shaun Wolf, Colin Wolf, 45 great-grandchildren and 
13 great-great grandchildren.

Cecil was preceded by her parents, husband Buster, daughter Sybil, son Wayne, 
and three brothers and sister.

Funeral Services for Cecil will be Thursday, February 3, 2005 at 11 a.m. at 
Huffman-Brigham Funeral Chapel in Belding with Pastor Jim Bennett officiating.  
Visitation will be Wednesday, February 3, from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the funeral 
home.
