Cartridge, Jr., 71, of Belding, passed away Tuesday, Jan. 11, 2005, at Spectrum Health United Memorial United Campus, Greenville. He was born Jan. 31, 1933, in Belding, the son of Dale B. Sr. and Thelma R. Ward Cartridge. Dale graduated from Belding High School and served in the United States Army during the Korean War. He worked for several years at Extruded Metals Corp. He was an avid music enthusiast and had collected thousand of records covering many years of music. Dale also admired and enjoyed his Rambler cars made by the American Motors Corp. He was preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by sister, Virginia Spaulding of Belding; nieces and nephews; and two special friends, Bonna Roberts and Matt Moblo and family, all of Belding. Funeral and committal services are 11 a.m. Friday at Johnson-Feuerstein Funeral Home, Belding, with Pastor Ken Harger of Shiloh Community Church officiating. Interment is in Riverside Cemetery, Langston. Visitation is one hour prior to the service. Memorial contributions may be given to the Alvah N. Belding Library.
