The Carson City Gazette, Friday, January 2, 1920
George McVeigh received word that his niece, Mrs. Cassie Carver of Britton, 
South Dakota, died December 18.  Mrs. Carver will be remembered as Miss Cassie 
Corey who spent the early part of her life in this vicinity, going to Britton 
about 11 years ago with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. James Corey.  She leaves to 
mourn, her husband, two children, father, mother, three brothers and one 
sister, besides many aunts and uncles of this vicinity.
