Belding Banner News, 26 Nov 1919

The death of Mrs. Emma Case, aged 53 years, occurred at the city hospital on 
Tuesday morning, following a short illness of pneumonia.  She was a daughter of 
Mr. and Mrs. Stillman Luscombe, the former having preceded her in death by but 
three weeks.  She was a life long resident of this city having been born and 
reared in the Cook’s Corners neighborhood.  The funeral services will be held 
from her late home, 803 Alderman street, Friday afternoon, at 2 o’clock, Rev. 
Curch of the Church of Christ officiating and burial will be in Otisco 
cemetery.  She was a hard working woman, a good neighbor, a true friend in need 
and in her death the community feels its great loss.
