The Ionia Sentinel-Standard, Monday, October 1, 1934


George Case, born at Crystal in…(illegible)…died at his home in Berlin 
township Sunday afternoon, September 30 at 1 o’clock after a long illness.  He 
had spent the majority of his life in Berlin township and was well known in 
Ionia county.  

Surviving are one daughter, Mrs. Myrtie Haskins of Saranac and one 
granddaughter, Mrs. Thomas Cahoon of Grand Rapids; three brothers, Fred of 
Saranac, Carl of Marion, and Allen of Clarksville.

Funeral services will be held at the Dunsmore funeral chapel Tuesday afternoon 
at 2 o’clock with Rev. C. O. Harvard officiating, burial at the family lot, 
Saranac cemetery.
