The Ionia Sentinel-Standard, Tuesday, September 8, 1970

Tonya Kay Cassel, 8-day old infant daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Clare Cassel of 
Cutler road, Portland, died Sunday at Ingham Medical hospital, Lansing.

Surviving besides the parents are two brothers, Robin and Scott and a sister, 
Candice, all at home; three stepbrothers and two stepsisters of Muskegon; 
grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth Stemler of Sunfield, Mrs. Ava Cassel of 
Portland; great grandmother, Mrs. Nellie Stemler of Sunfield.

Funeral services will be Wednesday at 10 a.m. at Neller funeral home in 
Portland.  Rev. Donald Cozadd will officiate and interment will be at Portland 
cemetery.
