Ionia Sentinel Standard, 24 Jun 1981

Inez M. Cassel, 73, of 318 E. Holland Lake Road, Sheridan, and formerly of
Portland, died Wednesday at Sparrow Hospital, Lansing.  She was born July 19,
1907, in Montcalm County, the daughter of Andrew King and Mary Connor.  She was
an executive secretary for TRW, Portland, for 18 years and a life member of the
Methodist Church, Portland.

She is survived by her husband, William Lester Cassel; one son, Fredrick of
Westphalia; two grandchildren, Jeffery and Jill; two brothers, Walter King, of
Lansing, and Leslie King, of Charlotte; nieces and nephews.

Services will be Friday at 1:30 p.m. from the Neller Funeral Home, Portland,
with the Rev. Dow Chamberlain officiating.  Burial will be in the Portland
Cemetery.
