Ionia Standard, 17 May 1918

Mrs. Calvin Castle, 30 years old, died Sunday at the home in Howard City.  The
body was brought here for burial in Oak Hill cemetery, on Wednesday.  Mrs.
Castle was a sister of Mrs. Joe Moot of this city, and also of Mrs. Sophie
Utter, who died January 14.

The body of Mrs. Calvin Castle was brought here on the 12:30 Pere Marquette
train this noon, and was taken directly to Oak Hill cemetery for burial, Rev.
J.S. Deabler conducting the burial service.  The bearers were William and Henry
Castle, Clarence Utter and Glenn Lucas.

[Transcriber Note:   There is a notation on the obituary card that she was the
daughter of Benjamin and Sarah Hodge.]
