MRS.CORA CATLIN
Mrs. Cora Catlin, 85, of Matherton passed away August 28, at the home of a daughter,
Mrs. Thelma Piercefield of route one, Portland, She was the wife of James Catlin of
Mulliken who preceded her in death.

Besides Mrs. Piercefield; she is survived by two other daughters, Mrs. Bell Daniels
of Marcellus, and Mrs. George Hildrith of Lansing; four sons, Forrest of Mulliken; 
Ferris of Detroit, Arlo of Lansing and Jack of Eagle; 34 grandchildren and 83
great-grandchildren; and a sister-in-law, Mrs. Irene Ludwick of Lansing.

She was a devoted church member her entire life at United Brethren church.

The body was at Mapes funeral home at Sunfield until Sunday afternoon when it was 
removed to the Matherton residence. Funeral service was at 2 p.m/ Tuesday at
Matherton United Brethren church. Burial was at East Plains cemetery,
