Caylor, 51, of 1122 Tupper Lake street, died Saturday morning at Pennock hospital. He was born in Black Hawk, West Virginia January 9, 1927, the son of Jess and Pauline Groe Caylor and was employed at REO Manufacturing in Lansing for 13 years. Mr. Caylor had lived in Lake Odessa since 1952. Survivors include his wife, Leona, his mother, Pauline of West Virginia; his father, Jess of Detroit; a daughter Mrs. Joel (Sharon) Palmer of Orleans; one brother, James of Lake Odessa; a sister, Frances Hitchcock of Delaware; three stepsons Randolph Curtis of Lansing, John Curtis of Lowell and Bradley Curtis of Lake Odessa; a step daughter Mary Jane Fry of Lake Odessa; a daughter-in-law Mrs. Lynn Curtis of Lake Odessa; three grandchildren and nine step-grandchildren. Services are Tuesday at 3 p.m. from the Pickens-Koops funeral chapel with Rev. Richard Sessink officiating. Burial is in Lakeside cemetery.
