She was born October 13, 1948 in Greenville, the daughter of Charles Palethorpe and Joy Russell Parker. On November 1, 1969 she married Allen Cazier. She was a member of First United Methodist Church of Greenville and the Belding Cribbage Club. Vicki was an employee of Frigidaire for 33 years and then joined Lease-Con Intrastate Trucking after moving to Florida in 1999. She was preceded in death by her father, Charles Palethorpe; and in-laws, Alice Champlin and Carl Cory. She is survived by her loving husband, Allen; their children, Veronica and Greg Jeffrey, Jennifer and Francesco Rinaldo, Jessica Cazier, all of St. Cloud, Florida, Ronald Nestell of Belding; four grandsons and three step- grandchildren; her mother and stepfather Joy and Wyman Parker; five sisters and brothers-in-law, Cindy and Art Byington, Brenda and Terry Jones, Angela and Jim Thomason, all of Greenville, Kathy and Mike Graham of Owosso, Linda and Fred Munford of Arlington, Texas; brother, Robert Palethorpe of Sidney; brothers-in- law and sisters-in-law, Warren and Wendy Cazier of Gowen, Russell and Nancy Cazier of Sidney, Keith Champlin, Carol Cory, both of Belding; several nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews; and very special friends, Michael and Laurie Hummel of Apopka, Florida. Her memorial service is 1:30 p.m. Friday at First United Methodist Church, 204 W. Cass St., Greenville, with Pastor Harry Johnson officiating. She will be placed in the columbium at the church.
