He was born Jan. 30, 1921, in Chicago, the son of Floyd R. and Clara L. (Geiger) Chadwick. He would go on to marry Rosalyn Curtiss May 22, 1942 in Saranac. He was a veteran of World War II. Warren owned and operated the Saranac Hardware from 1955 to 1984. He was a member of Saranac Community Church, a charter member of Saranac Lions Club, and member of the Saranac Community Club. Served on the Village Council in Saranac. He is survived by his wife of 58 years, Rosalyn in Saranac; mother, Clara Chadwick of Lowell; sons, Curtiss (Shirley) Chadwick, of Saranac, and Bruce (Margaret) Chadwick, of Saranac; daughters, Mary (Rob) Bentz of Alaska, Elizabeth (Brien) Simpson, of Saranac, and Nora (Jim) Ruder of Grand Rapids; brother, Raymond F. Chadwick of Saranac; sister, Frances Hauter of Saranac; 18 grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by two brothers, Floyd and Albert. Funeral services are 11 a.m., Thursday t the Saranac Community Church with officiants Rev. Ed Noren and Rev. James Frank. Visitation is 7 p.m. to 8:30 p.m., Tuesday and 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. to 8:30 p.m., Wednesday at the Lake Funeral Home, in Saranac.
