                        RAYMOND CHADWICK

Raymond E. Chadwick, 82, of Saranac, passed away May 18, 2010. He was born Nov. 
10, 1927, in Chicago, the son of Floyd and Clara (Geiger) Chadwick. Raymond 
married Lois Dodds Dec.11, 1948, in Saranac.

She preceded himin death 1996. He graduated from Saranac Public Schools in the 
class of 1949. Raymond was a member of the U.S. Merchant Marines serving for 
three years. He was a member of  the American Legion.Raymond loved to cook and 
was very good at it.

He is survived by his daughter, Anne and Alvin Smith of Saranac; grandchildren 
Joel and Darcie Smith of Saranac, and Jason and Stephanie Smith of Saranac: 
great grandchildren Lucas, Colby, Kellan and Brennan; and many nieces and 
nephews.

He was preceded in death by his infant son, Floyd; one brother, Warren Chadwick; 
and sister, Frances Hauter.

Memorial services will be held 11 a.m. Monday at Saranac Community Church with 
Pastor Jeff Kahl officiating.In lieu of flowers you may make memorial 
contributions to Spectrum Health Hospice.
