Chamberlain, 74-year-old Ionia millwright and co-owner of the C.C. Chamberlain & Son machine shop. Rev. F.G. Dunbar officiated, and burial was in the family lot in Balcom cemetery. Floral arrangements were in charge of Miss Lena Arnold and Miss Margaret Pierce. Pallbearers were Laurence I. Hale, Glenn Pierce, E.E. Brown, Dwight Whipple, Joseph M. Lyons and Alfred Meisling. Attending services from away were Mr. and Mrs. Claude Conklin, Mrs. Ross More, Miss Mildred Chamberlain, Miss Myrtie Linman of Elsie; Mrs. Roscoe Ennes, Mrs. Shelly Fraser and Mrs. Roy Olds of Flint; Mr. and Mrs. Russell Chamberlain and George Chapman of Greenville; Miss Edna Worden of Tawas City; Frank Worden, Mrs. Phebe Wilson and Mr. and Mrs. Roy Wilson of Fenwick; Mr. and Mrs. H.R. Chamberlain, Mr. and Mrs. Gilbert Curtis, Mrs. Lillie Smith, Mrs. Earl Adgate, Mr. and Mrs. Roy Smith, Mrs. Norman Schilds and Mrs. Thelma Benjamin of Saranac; Mr. and Mrs. Harley Taylor of Clarksville; Mr. and Mrs. Harvey Dean and family of Carson City and Mr. and Mrs. Melray Lewis and Jean of Lansing.
