Keith Robert Chambers Jr., 43, of Ionia, died from injuries in a motorcycle
accident on Saturday, Aug. 20, 2011.  “Bub,” as he was commonly called, was born
on May 2, 1968, to Keith R. and June (Griffin) Chambers in Ionia.  He graduated
with the Class of 1988 from Ionia High School.  He earned an associate degree
while attending college.  Bub served with the U.S. Marines from 1991 to 1994.

Bub is survived by his parents, Keith and June Chambers of Fenwick; his sons,
Andrew and Jacob, of Belding, and their mother, Alecia Kammers; two sisters,
Kathina Schaffer of Battle Creek, Jennifer Root of Orleans; a brother (Jeremy
(Chris) Chambers of Belding; his maternal grandmother, Marian Brimmer of Muir;
and several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.  He was preceded by his
paternal grandparents and his maternal grandfather.

In keeping with family wishes, cremation was taken place.  Memorial services
will be 11 a.m. Tuesday at Shiloh Community Church with Pastor Ken Harger
officiating.  The family will greet relatives and friends one hour before the
service.  In lieu of flowers, please consider memorial contributions to Shiloh
Community Church.  Arrangements are by the Johnson-Feuerstein Funeral Home,
Belding.
