Ionia Sentinel Standard, 27 Oct 1958

Funeral service for Earl R. Chapman was held Saturday at Pickens funeral chapel 
at Lake Odessa.  Mr. Chapman, 72, a well known West Michigan newspaper executive, 
died Wednesday at his home of a heart attack.

The Rev. Paul Robinson officiated and burial was in Lakeside cemetery.  
Pallbearers were Don Clark, Fred Ellis, Bob Darby, Bill Raubinger, S. H. 
VanderMeer and Ray Goulooze.
