Ionia Sentinel - Friday, Dec. 30, 1887

Mrs. Emeline Chapman died on Saturday last, at midnight, at the residence of 
her sister, Mrs. Myron Balcom. She had been a lingering sufferer for many 
months. The funeral services took place on Monday, at one o'clock, at the 
place where she died, from whence the remains were conveyed to the cemetery in 
Berlin.
