Mrs. Maria Chapman, died at the home of her daughter, Mrs. E.A. Fuller, in
Greenville, last Thursday morning, in the 88th year of her age.  She was the
wife of Wm. Chapman, sr. who died some five years ago, and they were among the
early settlers of the town of Otisco.  She left six children, M.A. Chapman of
this city, Wm. Chapman of Otisco, Mrs. Fuller of Greenville, two in Chicago and
one in Washington.  Funeral services were held at Cooks Corners Sunday, Rev.
D.E. Hills of Greenville officiating.
