Ionia County News, 7 Jan 1926

The funeral for Wallace Charles, 82, who died at the home of his daughter, Mrs.
Bert Gee, was held from the Muir Church of Christ last Thursday afternoon. 
Interment was made in the Muir cemetery.  He was a pioneer of the county and was
the son of Mr. and Mrs. Nemiah Charles, who came to Michigan from New York state
when he was but nine months old.  He is survived by his daughter and one sister,
Miss Jane Charles, 88, Ionia.
