 Lake Odessa Wave
        RITES HELD FOR FRANK CHARTIER
   Mr. Frank L. Chartler, 19, of 138 Clarksville Rd., died Saturday, March 25, 1978
from accidental injuries.
   Mr. Chartier was born March 24, 1959 in West Mount, Ontario, Canada and was the
son of Francis and Bonnie Chartier.  He lived most of his life in the Lake Odessa area, 
attending Lakewood Schools.  He had been employed by the CETA Program at Lakewood Public 
Schools since September, 1977.
   He is survived by his mother and stepfather, Jessie and Bonnie Frost;  two
sisters, Mrs. Debbie McLeod of Lake Odessa and Pam Chartier at home;  a half sister, 
Angela Frost at home;  one step sister, Mrs, Diane Johnson of Ionia;  one step brother, 
Mark Frost at home;  his grandmothers, Mrs. Holly (Jones) Chartier of Canada and Mrs. 
Lillia Well of Saranac;  and a step grandmother, Mrs.Dorothy Frost of Lake Odessa.
  Funeral servics were held at 2 p.m. Tuesday, March 28 at the Pickens-Koops Funeral
Chapel, Lake Odessa with Rev. charles Dunbar officiating. Burial was at Lakeside Cemetery.
