The Ionia Daily Sentinel-Standard, Monday, December 5, 1955
Funeral services for Mrs. Maude Chase were held Friday afternoon at 2 o’clock 
at the North Plains church.  The Rev. Lewis Herrick officiated and interment 
was at the North Plains cemetery.

Pallbearers were Frank Sharp, George Gallagher, Herbert Attenburg, Adrian 
Salisbury, Herbert Eckley and Holden Cook.  Mrs. Gertrude Burtraw was in 
charge of the flowers.

Those attending from out of town were Stanley Greenhoe and Mrs. Winnie 
Greenhoe of Flint; William Dodson and Mrs. Will Martin of Hubbardston, Mr. and 
Mrs. Adrian Salisbury of Blanchard, Mr. and Mrs. Jack Chase of Lansing, Don 
Lamphere of Grand Rapids and many relatives and friends of the nearby 
community.
