GEORGE H. CHEETHAM, 85, DIED NEAR LOWELL MONDAY

George H. Cheetham, 85, one of the builders of Central Methodist church, died at 
his home near Lowell, Monday morning. The funeral was held in Saranac this 
afternoon and burial was in the Clarksville cemetery. 

In his earlier year he taught school, then worked at the carpenter trade and for 
many years was a building contractor. he built several residences here and at 
one time was in the hardware business here.

Surviving are two adopted daughters, Mrs. Helen Longren at Miami and Mrs. Julia 
Chittenden in Chicago.
